It's important to know how to concentrate it.
You must focus your energy on important matters
instead of frittering it away on meaningless things.
Nothing will add more power to your life
than concentrating all of your energy on a limited set of goals.
You must focus the full power of all you are
on what you have a burning desire to achieve, if you truly want success.
Gather in your resources,
rally all of your faculties, marshall all of your energy,
focus all of your capacities upon attaining your objective.
You must be single minded,
and drive for the things you have decided upon.
The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus.

Fortune sells her wares, she never gives them up freely.
In some form or another, you'll pay for her favors,
or you'll go away empty handed.
Success is the child of drudgery and perseverance.
There is no success at bargain basement prices.

DON'T SERVE TIME, MAKE TIME SERVE YOU
Time can't be managed. What can be managed
are your activities and how you spend your time.
You always have enough time if you use it wisely.
Set your priorities for goal attainment.
Always try to put first things first.
Most goals are not achieved because people put second things first.
All time management begins with planning.
In all planning you make a list and set priorities.
While you're reviewing your priorities, ask the question:
"What's the best use of my time right now ?"
Ask yourself: "What is my payoff in doing this activity ?"
"How does this fit in with my long term objectives ?"
"Is what I'm doing getting me closer to my objective?"
Make decisions and implement them.
To choose time is to save time.

you don't have to plan your journey too far ahead.
Don't burden yourself with doubts and fears
as to the obstacles that may bar your progress.
You don't need to know all your answers in advance.
Just have a clear idea of the goal you want to reach.
You can only take one step at a time.
If you can muster up the courage to begin,
you'll find the courage to succeed.
It's the job you never start
that always takes the longest to finish.
Eighty percent of success is in showing up

Where you are in your life today,
you made an appointment to be there five years ago.
Where you'll be five years from now

The first step toward getting somewhere

Analyze your life in terms of your environment.
Are the things around you helping you toward your success
or are they holding you back?
You're a product of your environment.
So choose an environment that will best develop you toward your goals.
Your world today is a living expression
of how you're using and have used your mind.
It's something you can change at any time.
Don't remain a captive to your environment.
Don't say "If I could, I would,"

you're only finished when you quit.
The most important quality essential to success is perseverance.
It overcomes almost everything, even nature.
You can have a fresh start any time you choose,
for "failure" is not in the falling down,
but in the staying down.

If you've got the courage to stick it out,
